Scott Gillingham (St. James) is pushing to rename Skatepark West in Winnipeg’s Assiniboia neighbourhood as the “Matt Jonsson Memorial Skatepark,” in honour of the young man and BMX enthusiast who was instrumental in the development of the skatepark.
