Waterfront home for sale in Katharine Hepburn's old neighborhood
A home in late actress Katharine Hepburn’s Fenwick neighborhood of Old Saybrook is on the market for $4.5 million. Waterfront views from nearly every window can be seen from the 4,726-square-foot, two-story, European-style home at 21 Neponset Ave. Situated on 0.55 acres, with a brick driveway, the cedar-shingle home is sited on a small rise to capture views of Long Island Sound, the two Saybrook lighthouses, Connecticut River and North Cove.
