In honor of the Buffalo Bills winning the AFC East Division, Colin Dee, a native of Webster, New York, ran a marathon around Gillette stadium Monday night to celebrate. It started we were just going to run a 5K and then there was a half marathon and kind of turned into you know what we re going to run a full marathon, I m just going to go ahead and do it, and I m going to do it in laps consecutive laps around the stadium, said Colin Dee of Westwood, Massachusetts.
This team is real.
The Buffalo Bills are already in the playoffs and have clinched the AFC East for the first time in 25 years, but now, the Bills are looking to get the second seed in the playoffs. They need to pass the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Tonight, one huge Buffalo Bills fan is going to be doing something remarkable. Originally from Rochester and naturally a Bills fan, Colin Dee has moved all over the country, and currently home for him is about 15 minutes away from Gillette Stadium, home of the Patriots.
It all started how every good idea starts of course while having some beers with his friends. As a big runner already, he mapped out a loop around Gillette Stadium about 1.5 miles long, so he expects he will have to go around about 17 times in order to hit the 26.2 miles, the length of a marathon.

We all know what the biggest story of the year was, and it overshadowed just about everything else in Western New York.
But 2020 cannot be remembered just for the Covid-19 pandemic. There were other things that occurred that, in a normal year, we would have had no trouble recalling.
Some of them had to do with the weather. Others affected what we do for fun, how we get from here to there or our attraction for moviemakers.
