PANAMA CITY — Since reopening in October on the second anniversary of Hurricane Michael, Uncle Ernie's Bayfront Bar & Grill has remained a force to be reckoned with in the Historic St. Andrews community. "Putting this back together was a monumental task," admitted Sean Lyon, who owns the restaurant with his cousin, Erin Pigneri.
