Oxford Magistrates' Court OXFORD MAGISTRATES' ANTHONY MARK WETHERALL, 55, of Hutchcomb Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on June 22. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points. Oliver TRODD, 27, of Stoneleigh Drive, Carterton, was convicted of speeding by driving at a speed in excess of the maximum limit for a vehicle of that class on July 8 last year in Gloucestershire.
