The Government of Rwanda has condemned media houses and parliamentarians claiming that former Minister of Justice, Johnston Busingye should not be approved as Rwanda’s diplomat accredited to the United Kingdom (UK) due to alleged role in the arrest of Paul Rusesabagina.
