FORT MYERS — Digital marketing firm Vectra Digital named Albert Arguelles CEO, replacing co-founder and former CEO Matt Bernhardt. Bernhardt will remain with the marketing and web design agency, but will be “stepping back to allow Arguelles to bring Bernhardt's vision for Vectra to life,” according to a statement. Memorial to Middleboro's only POW/MIA soldier updated with new picture frame Bob Lessard Recently, Wareham Street resident Bob Smith created a beautiful heavy wooden black picture frame to house the photo of William Mark Smith, Middleboro’s only Prisoner of War/Missing In Action soldier from the Vietnam War.
