Memorial to Middleboro's only POW/MIA soldier updated with new picture frame Bob Lessard Recently, Wareham Street resident Bob Smith created a beautiful heavy wooden black picture frame to house the photo of William Mark Smith, Middleboro’s only Prisoner of War/Missing In Action soldier from the Vietnam War.
