View Comments ZANESVILLE - Zanesville City Council started the process of authorizing the city's Community Improvement Corporation to sell a number of parcels for economic development during Monday's council meeting. They include: A .72 acre property on Amazon Hill Road that has been held by the city since 1990. It is zoned industrial. A .15 acre lot at 1719 Penn St. has been held by the city since 1990.
