The Springfield Police Department announced two members of their staff leadership have completed the Missouri Police Chiefs Charitable Foundation (MPCCF) Command College. Lieutenant Tonya Price and Lieutenant Mark Foos completed the seven-moth program aimed at providing training for future law enforcement supervisors, commanders, police chiefs, and sheriffs.
