The forgotten
Even though numerically the dead and wounded American servicemen numbered in the hundreds instead thousands, June 8, 1967, is as heinous a date of infamy as the Dec. 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor and the 9/11 attacks on New York, the Pentagon and Flight 93.
