Money wisely. As we ask for more of it, the threshold question will be, how did you do with the stuff we already gave you . So, the intent of the policy was to provide a set of assurances to rate payers that as we spend your money, we will do it consistent with law and also as wisely as we possibly can. Also wanted to make sure this wasnt just a bunch of words.
