Fairbanks, Alaska (KINY) - The Fairbanks Emergency Communication Center received a report of suspicious circumstances Sunday evening in the woods after a caller said she was walking in the woods with her mother when her mother lunged at her.

Hudson County authorities said Mr. Omire Rios-Williams, the suspect wanted in connection with the May 3rd fatal shooting of a 23- year-old man on Princeton Avenue and Brown Place in Jersey City, was apprehended and arrested without incident this afternoon in Allentown, Pennsylvania. According to police, Rios-Willams, 19, of Jersey City, was apprehended just before 2 p.m. by members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Homicide Task Force, the Allentown Police Department, and the Jersey City Police Department at a residence on the 100 block of W. Green Street in Allentown.
