KKR has just passed control of one of its funds, the Altegris KKR Commitments Private Equity Fund, to iCapital Network, the online private markets investment platform, which claims to have “transformed the way alternative investments are bought, sold, and managed”. KKR owns a minority stake in iCapital Network, and with this deal, the fund becomes the iCapital KKR Private Markets Fund. And why?
