After arrest at CVG, French citizen jailed for a month

A French citizen was jailed for a month, then involuntarily committed after her Feb. 24 arrest at CVG Airport. According to police, Fatoumata Camara was arrested after refusing to deboard a plane. Authorities didn't provide her an interpreter. She spoke limited English.
