Recovery Plan grants to strengthen connectivity to community for WA seniors

Age-friendly Communities Social Connectivity Grants Program recipients announced Almost $250,000 funded through the WA Recovery Plan to assist projects preventing social isolation and reducing the risk and occurrence of elder abuse  21 local government and community service organisations will receive a share in close to $250,000 of funding support towards projects and initiatives aimed at reconnecting seniors impacted by social isolation during COVID-19.
