(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo Public Schools will have additional funding to support the emotional wellbeing of students thanks to a large donation from R.D. Offutt Company and the Offutt Family Foundation. A check presentation took place in the main lobby of the District Office building Friday. This $20,000 donation is part of R.D.
