New Ward 4 councillor Tammy Hwang wants to 'future proof' Hamilton for next generation
Ward 4 residents are about to get a new councillor after 22 years being represented by Sam Merulla. After being sworn in Wednesday, not only did Tammy Hwang officially become the new voice of the ward, she also became the city's first East Asian councillor.
