The Company is aware of six promotional newsletters (the Communications ) sent on February 7, 2021, which were prepared by Crush The Street ( CTS ), Future Money Trends LLC ( FMT ), Wealth Research Group ( WRG ) and Portfolio Wealth Global LLC ( PWG ). The Company first became aware of these promotional materials on February 7, 2021. The Company has been informed that this promotional activity coincided with higher than average trading volume in the Company s common shares. ....
