that s correct. you get a couple warnings first and this would be for the business and the resident, anies resident or business that does this. now to me the problem with this is that modern trash collection started because we used to do things like take our old food and garbage and literally put it in the alley or back yard or something. the idea now you re supposed to compost it. but not everybody is good at composting. you know, i have to wonder about it. seattle is cold, but in a lot of parts if it gets hot and humid you could have health issues with this problem like, you know, dogs or rats or this kind of thing digging up old garbage. i don t know if this law is all that great of a law. let s go to nevada where if you have not been attending school you are not going to be able to get your driver s license or it could be suspended? that s right. the idea behind this law is that they want to cut back on truancy ....
