Karlsruhe (dpa) - Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hat klare Grenzen für Zwangsbehandlungen von Patienten im sogenannten Maßregelvollzug aufgezogen. Sofern nicht andere Menschen gefährdet sind, kann etwa eine medikamentöse Behandlung nicht gegen den erklärten Willen des Betroffenen - in Form einer Patientenverfügung - gerechtfertigt werden.
