Report: CHIPS Act just the first step in addressing threats to US leadership in advanced computing
A new study finds the decline in the United States' lead in advanced computing can be seen across many areas of computing. The work is based on the Advanced Computing Users survey, sampling sentiments from 120 top-tier universities, national labs, federal agencies, and private firms.
