As the ski season gets closer, progress is being made on chairlift upgrades on the Comstock lift at Northstar, and on the North Bowl chair at Heavenly. Aerial work by helicopters recently occurred at both of the Vail Resorts. Now that parts are in place, Heavenly crews have begun building the detachable four-person high-speed North Bowl chairlift.
