Suit alleges developers' lack of proper drainage caused homes to flood
HOUSTON — Developers of a residential community in Kingwood are facing a suit alleging they failed to ensure proper drainage of their development which led to nearby homes flooding. Juan Perz, Jessica Escobar, Shelley Hales and Lyndell Wynne filed a complaint May 6 in Harris County District Court against Perry Homes LLC, Figure Four Partners LTD., PSWA Inc., LJA Engineering Inc., Rebel Contractors Inc., Double Oak Construction Inc., Texasite LLC and Concourse Development LLC alleging violation of the Texas Water Code and negligence.
