Dear Poliakoffs, Our condo held their annual meeting on Zoom in late January.  Notice was properly given with a Zoom link. Second notice also had a Zoom link but neither link worked. I texted the board president before the meeting started, notifying the board of this and thankfully someone gave me a link to attend. So, it was just me and another resident attending…out of almost 250 condos.  The board loved not being questioned and proceeded along, but the next day residents were furious.  Was this a legal meeting, or should it have been adjourned once the board and condo manager were ...
