Commissioner sugaya. Yes, thank you. People that know me, i think, know that i have been involved in Historic Preservation for many, many years and actually since the mid70s as a professional. So therefore, i would usually be on the side of allowing a conversion, because one of the ways that Historic Preservation has tried to preserve structures is to introduce incentives among which are liberalizing or added uses that an Historic Building may be put to beyond what the base zoning usually allows.
