Theres no funding for the geary light rail project it has not been funded at all besides the central subway they are building a station at union square for geary light rail and theres no reason why that should be funded first before you do anything else because thats the first thing you should do in prop k before you go painting the streets for the Bicycle Coalition or whatever this sort of thing think about what hasnt been done yet but still has to be done now.
