Apr 27, 2021 Gary R. Fellows, 68, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Monday April 26, 2021 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH. He was born January 6, 1953 in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Charles and Donna (Dean) Fellows. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Guzzie. Gary retired in 2020 from Finley Fire Equipment where he was a Sales Rep. and he was a member of the Crossroads Christian Church. Gary was a loving husband, father, grandfather and mentor to many.
