Jan 29, 2021 WEST POINT, OHIO — Windy Renee Van Dyke, of West Point, passed away from a longtime heart condition Monday, January 25, 2021. She was 32. Born in East Liverpool, July 31, 1988, she was a daughter of Linda Kidder Van Dyke of West Point and the late Carter Lee Van Dyke, Sr. A resident of this area all her life, she was a member of the Beaver Local High School Class of 2006. She was Christian by faith. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Brooklynn Marie Sullivan and a son, Warrick Eugene Lee Tanner, both at home.
