Born in East Liverpool, July 31, 1988, she was a daughter of Linda Kidder Van Dyke of West Point and the late Carter Lee Van Dyke, Sr. A resident of this area all her life, she was a member of the Beaver Local High School Class of 2006. In 2017, James Winningham was arrested after hitting two people with his car in a Colorado bar parking lot. 44-year-old Bobby Shaffer Jr. died in the parking lot. Winningham was sentenced to 20 years in prison on a Manslaughter charge with 10 of those years suspended.
