Delaware County man sentenced for Manslaughter
KOAM December 22, 2020 9:03 AM Augustus Brunetti DELAWARE COUNTY, Okla – A Delaware County man is sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to hit and run charges. In 2017, James Winningham was arrested after hitting two people with his car in a Colorado bar parking lot. 44-year-old Bobby Shaffer Jr. died in the parking lot. Winningham was sentenced to 20 years in prison on a Manslaughter charge with 10 of those years suspended.
