Drumchapel's Connor Fraser wows industry with DJ skills he learned in months
ONE 11-year-old boy sees the positive side of the pandemic - it led to him becoming a celebrated DJ. Connor Fraser picked up the new hobby when he was curious about the decks his dad, Billy, bought during lockdown. He wanted to know about all the functions of the controller and then started to try beat matching himself - something Connor mastered in 10 minutes. Now De-Con, as he calls himself, is already set to represent Scotland at a UK competition in front of DJ Andy Whitby. And the Camstradden Primary pupil is averaging about 100 people watching his live Facebook broadcasts.
