Town boss Kieran McKenna was delighted with what he felt was a very good performance as the Blues beat Championship Rotherham 4-1 at Portman Road to progress to round four of the FA Cup, believing his team dominated and controlled all aspects of the match.
Cameron Humphreys netted just before the break to give the Blues a 1-0 half-time lead over Rotherham United in their FA Cup third round tie at Portman Road.
Town are in the hat for the FA Cup fourth round draw for the first time since 2009/10 following a comprehensive 4-1 victory over Championship Rotherham United at Portman Road. The Blues went in front just before half-time through Cameron Humphreys, but Conor Washington levelled for the Millers two minutes after the restart, however, a Town penalty netted by Conor Chaplin, a goal against his old club from Freddie Ladapo and a third spot-kick of the match from Wes Burns saw Kieran McKenna's team to a comfortable victory.
Cameron Humphreys has more than one string to his bow and sees his versatility to play either in central midfield or at left-back as a strength.
