15 Dec 2020, 10:01 Work has been completed on the £1m overhaul of the reception area at the 95,000 sq ft Manchester office building. Claremont completed the works at the Parsonage Gardens landmark to designs by Sheppard Robson, also the architect when then-asset manager Catalyst Capital commissioned a £16m overhaul in 2017. The building is now under the management of PGIM. Arkwright House was at one time the headquarters of the English Sewing Cotton Company. The building offers floorplates of up to 15,000 sq ft.
