Hylkilä kirjoittaa ilmeisesti minuun viitaten Keski-Pohjanmaan konservatorion nimen muuttamisesta Kokkolan konservatorioksi, että "Kokkolan edustaja, nyttemmin kaupunginvaltuuston puheenjohtaja vaati tiukasti nimenmuutosta".
