These 2 dogs were seized by animal control. Then they died in custody. Weeks after two dogs were seized from their owner, both animals were dead. Owner Nicholas Verklan faced charges which were eventually stayed. His complaints against the Edmonton Police Service and the City of Edmonton are being investigated. Social Sharing
