'MQM-L hitman' remanded in police custody
Karachi May 11, 2021 A special court on Monday remanded a suspected hitman of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London (MQM-L) in police custody till May 18. The suspect, Muhammad Shahzad alias Khajji, had been arrested by police in Malir on Sunday on charges of allegedly killing 18 people, including policemen, since 1994. According to the investigation officer (IO), the suspect was associated with the MQM-L and had obtained urban militancy training from the Indian spy agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).
