This time? >> so i think it's likely that the supreme court will eventually strike down sb 8. there was a brief filed by a bunch of gun groups saying if texas can use this weird system to go after abortion rights some state could use the same structure to nullify the second amendment and we don't want that so i think the supreme court will realize this law which is set up in order to avoid judicial review is untenable and has to be a constitution enforced and will strike it down. there's another case being argued in december and asked the supreme court to overrule roe v. wade and they may wait...
