Has gotten up and said i don't want to do this unless it is bipartisan. i don't want to do this unless we can get republican votes are going to be played over and over again in a reality where we don't have republican votes. she again will say that they had no choice and that republicans are overlooking constitutional violations. but i do think that's a real obstacle. >> and the reality is we saw it in the constitutional scholars the other day. one of the scholars talking about the president's son, bringing it into personal terms. there are a lot of democrats who just plain hate the president....
