Building construction degree programs at two state universities are bringing trained employees into the construction industry where they can have long-term careers. Scott Rathfon of Century Engineering has been named Delaware Engineer of the Year by the National Society of Professional Engineers Scott Rathfon, P.E., who grew up in Georgetown and now lives in Lincoln, was recently named Delaware Engineer of the Year by the National Society of Professional Engineers.
