Storm that sits over one area for an extended period of time could drop that amount leading to poor drainage and also watching those smaller streams and creeks if the storm sits over one area for an extended period we will have have flooding on the streams and creeks as well. We have seven or 8 00 p. M. We expect storms to move across the the philadelphia area, heres 9 00 oclock, heavy storms into new jersey, they will be around in the first part of the overnight as well, they will week more storms tomorrow. The these storms plus threat and arthur could spoil holiday for people down the shore....
