Sanctuary owner helps 'Roy' the frostbitten rooster get back on his feet
The operator of a farm sanctuary in eastern Ontario saved a rooster who had his lower limbs amputated because of frostbite, and she now aims to get the fowl named "Roy" prosthetic legs.
