The State Council issued the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone of the Loop. The plan is formulated for the near future to 10 and the outlook to 14. The planning scope of Shenzhen Park includes Futian Free Trade Zone and Huanggang Port Area. It will help the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to connect its advantages in scientific and technological innovation with the complete industrial chain of the Pearl River Delta region. It is conducive to enriching the connotation of "one country, two systems"
