Deanna the police here in kitty hawk closed the road for a few hours while crews make sure they removed the sand and any dangerous debris. The people that live here that i talked to say it does not rank very high on the list of the worst ones they have seen. This is not the worst one i have seen as far as storms, but you can see the difference. Deanna the kitty hawk mayor says the storm came and went quickly, and that made all the difference.
