BISMARCK, ND – The North Dakota Homeless Continuum of Care (ND CoC) will conduct a Point-in-Time (PIT) Count of the people in the state who are experiencing homelessness on Jan.
People gathered on Wednesday, Dec. 21 in Fargo to remember those in the community that have died in the last year and whose lives were shortened by the experience of homelessness.
