Neighbours of a woman, named locally as Angeline Mahal, who was killed by her XL bully dogs in Hornchurch have described their shock over her death.
Medical teams administered CPR to the dog owner, who was aged in her 50s and has been named locally as Angel Mahal. One neighbour told Sky News "it went from silence to all this commotion".
