Baku, March 5, AZERTAC Yesterday’s deadly crash of an army helicopter in Bitlis province in eastern Turkey may have been caused by adverse weather conditions, Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said early Friday, according to Anadolu Agency.
