Count calls for refugee policy changes as large-scale Wicklow Ukrainian centre scrapped
A plan to house up to 950 Ukrainian refugees at Glendalough Estate in Wicklow has been scrapped, with resident Count Kaz Balinski saying the initiative had never been “properly considered” and should have been a “charitable endeavour”.
