Whitman County Libraries announced Wednesday that they will return to in-person service next Monday.  State guidelines for libraries allow people to enter the building for regions in Phase 1, although they are required to follow specific guidelines.  Patrons must wear a mask at all times, minimize foot traffic, and sanitize regularly. During the past 10 days, there have been 817 positive COIVD-19 cases reported in the county, including a high of 158 on Jan. 14.
