According to WLKY, O’Bannon was formally charged on Tuesday (May 11) but has yet to be booked into the Louisville Metro Corrections. Although O’Bannon initially had a warrant out of his arrest, the Courier Journalreports he’s turned himself in and has a bond set at $500,000. Jack Harlow was in his hometown of Louisville celebrating the annual Kentucky Derby at Vibes Restaurant and Ultra Lounge on May 1 when an altercation broke out.
